After creating your LoveFlix, go to your Creator Dashboard and click "Invite Partner." Enter their email and they'll receive an invite link. Once they accept, they get their own profile on the "Who's Watching?" screen — complete with their name and a custom avatar gradient.

Yes! LoveFlix comes with two profiles by default — one for you and one for your partner. You also get a hidden Creator profile protected by a 4-digit PIN, where you can manage uploads, settings, and analytics. Additional profiles can be added from the dashboard.

Yes, you can change your URL once every 30 days from the Creator Dashboard under "Site Settings." Your old URL will redirect to the new one for 7 days so your partner doesn't lose access.

LoveFlix starts at $12/month for the Standard plan, which includes 50GB of storage, HD streaming, and full access to all features. The Premium plan ($19/month) bumps storage to 200GB with 4K HDR streaming, unlimited uploads, and priority support. All plans include a 14-day free trial.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Yes, anytime from the Creator Dashboard under "Billing." When you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your site will be paused but not deleted — you can resubscribe and pick up where you left off within 90 days.

We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of any paid subscription — no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@loveflix.com and we'll make it right.

From the Creator Dashboard, click "Upload" and drag your files into the upload zone. You can tag content by category (Trip, Anniversary, Birthday, Everyday, etc.) and add titles and descriptions. Supported formats include MP4, MOV, AVI, JPEG, PNG, and HEIC. Files are transcoded automatically for smooth streaming.

Yes! LoveFlix includes a built-in Sync Watch feature. Start a video and click the "Watch Together" button to generate a shareable link. Both of you can watch in perfect sync with real-time play/pause/seek coordination — like Netflix Party, but for your private content.

The LoveFlix Chat is a private, encrypted messaging inbox built right into your streaming site. Leave each other voice notes, send reaction emojis, or drop a text while browsing your content together. It's accessible from any page via the floating chat icon in the corner.

LoveConnect is a live interactive world map that shows both partners' locations as glowing pins in real time. See the distance between you, the timezone difference, and start a one-tap encrypted video call — all from the LoveConnect screen. Think of it as "distance is just a number," visualized.

Absolutely! You can upload voice notes (MP3, M4A, WAV) and they'll appear in their own row — "Voice Notes from [Name]." You can also set a site-wide soundtrack that plays when your partner opens LoveFlix. It's the little things that hit hardest.

Yes. Every LoveFlix site is fully private. Only you and your invited partner can sign in and view the content. Your site is served over HTTPS, all media is stored with AES-256 encryption at rest, and we never share or sell your data. Even we can't browse your videos.

On the sign-in screen, click "Forgot Password." Enter your email address and we'll send a password reset link. If you're the creator and have forgotten your PIN too, contact us at support@loveflix.com with your account email and we'll verify your identity.

Your LoveFlix site is protected behind a custom Gate Access page. Before anyone sees the "Who's Watching?" screen, they must enter a secret unlock code — set by you in the dashboard. You can change it anytime, and each partner can have their own code. It's your private sanctuary.

First, check that your file format is supported (MP4 with H.264 is recommended). If the video shows a black screen, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. Still stuck? Your video may still be transcoding — larger files can take 2-5 minutes to process after upload. Contact us if the issue persists.

Make sure you're using the latest version of Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. If the page loads but looks broken, try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or vice versa). For the best experience on iOS, add LoveFlix to your Home Screen — Safari will prompt you when you visit your site.

No worries! Invite links expire after 48 hours for security. Simply go to your Creator Dashboard, click "Invite Partner" again, and a fresh link will be generated. You can also copy the invite link manually and send it however you like — just don't post it publicly.
